The "Days of Creanga" festival will take place in the Republic of Moldova and Romania

The 10th edition of the "Creangă Days" Festival will be held between February 27 - March 3 in Chisinau, Iasi, Targu-Neamt and Pipirig, Radio Moldova reports.

Asked by the Moldpres agency, the director of the National Library for Children "Ion Creangă", Eugenia Bejan, the festival coordinator, mentioned that writers, journalists, museographers and interpreters will be part of the delegations that will come from Iasi and Targu-Neamt to Chişinău.

For the first time, the Festival will start in Orhei on February 27 with a soul meeting at the Children's Library "Ion Creangă". On the same day, the Institute of Romanian Philology "B.P. Hasdeu" of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research will organize at the Academy of Sciences of Moldova the symposium "Ion Creangă - "Our Homer" where researchers and writers from the Republic of Moldova and Romania will present communications.

In Moldova, the events of the "Creangă Days" Festival will take place on February 27-28.
